Leaders In Training (LIT)

Ages 16 - 17

Bar Harbour Camp accepts a limited number of applications for our LIT program, which provides opportunities for the applicant to develop their counsellor and leadership skills while assisting in a cabin group at Scamper and Junior camps.

Some participants choose to make arrangements with their local high school and enter work experience agreements for high school credits, which Bar Harbour Camp will support. Participants are required to attend staff training and commit to working at least one eligible camp.
